Operators are notified of rank changes through their affiliate manager (standard industry practice) but they cannot request a position change or influence our scoring.

Retraction and Corrections Policy

If we publish factually incorrect information, we correct it with a visible note documenting the original text, the correction, and the date. Material corrections trigger a changelog entry. We do not silently edit published reviews.

Complaints Process

For player complaints about an operator we recommend, contact us via the contact page. We escalate verified complaints to the operator's affiliate manager and, where applicable, to the operator's licensing authority's player support unit (Malta MGA PSU, Curaçao GCB, Anjouan eGaming Authority, Kahnawake Gaming Commission).

Substantive Change Disclosure

When an operator we cover undergoes substantive change — new ownership, license change, payout delays exceeding 5 business days, bonus terms changed retroactively — we update our review and log the change in our public changelog.
